Our Veterinarians

Dr. Lee Whetstone is a 1991 graduate of the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.  Originally from Prattville, Alabama, he moved to Fort Payne following  his graduation. 

He has practiced in Fort Payne his entire career except for a short period of time spent in Rainbow City, Alabama.  Dr. Lee works with large  animals,  small animals and exotics. 

He was voted "Best of DeKalb 2007

Dr Michele Whetstone is a 1992 graduate of the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.  She moved ot Fort Payne in 1992 following graduation and marrying Dr Lee. 

She has practiced in Northeast Alabama and Northwest Georgia for the past 15 years. 

Dr. Michele is an exclusively small animal veterinarian.
